I&#8217;ve been keeping up with CPU workloads listed and now >130 workloads total. I haven&#8217;t added GPU\/graphics tests because I haven&#8217;t developed good characterization tools yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not too far until I can keep up with new ones as the come in. These benchmarks included<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/framework-laptop-16 \">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/framework-laptop-16 <\/a>This laptop uses 7840HS which is a lower power equivalent of my 7840U. I measured the CPU benchmarks and skipped over Unigine family and other GPU benchmarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-zen1-zen4c \">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-zen1-zen4c <\/a>a comparison of the family of Zen cores from Zen1 to Zen4. I have all the benchmarks here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-ryzen7-8700g-linux\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-ryzen7-8700g-linux<\/a> an overview of the newest AMD APU. I skipped the GPU benchmarks but have CPU benchmarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-radeon-rx-7600-xt-linux\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-radeon-rx-7600-xt-linux<\/a>a review of mid-range AMD GPU. These are all GPU benchmarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/z1-extreme-meteorlake\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/z1-extreme-meteorlake<\/a> a review of a game console.  I skipped the GPU benchmarks but have CPU benchmarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/system76-thelio-threadripper-2024\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/system76-thelio-threadripper-2024<\/a> a review of a beefy Threadripper processor. I measured the CPU benchmarks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-ryzen-7840hs-linux\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/amd-ryzen-7840hs-linux<\/a> a laptop review with a 7840HS.  That is lower power version of my 7840U mini-PC. I measured the CPU benchmarks.There are a few GPU benchmarks that I mostly skipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/intel-meteorlake-gcc-clang\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/intel-meteorlake-gcc-clang<\/a> has clang vs. gcc compiler comparisons. I ran the benchmarks but with default compilation (mostly gcc) and didn&#8217;t explore where the article compares compilers and sometimes compiler flags.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/intel-5th-gen-xeon-avx512\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/intel-5th-gen-xeon-avx512<\/a> looks at AVX-512 performance. I ran the workloads but not varying AVX-512 which is an area for the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/nvidia-rtx-40-super-linux\">https:\/\/www.phoronix.com\/review\/nvidia-rtx-40-super-linux<\/a> a 35-way comparison of GPU cards. I didn&#8217;t run these GPU benchmarks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I am not there yet, but closer to point of diminishing returns on adding workloads.
